Every artwork is meticulously prepared and securely delivered with care. Here is what you can expect from creation to arrival.

Once your artwork is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email along with secure tracking information, allowing you to follow its journey to you.

1. Processing Time

Because each artwork is carefully inspected, professionally packaged, and some pieces are made to order, please allow 3-7 business days for processing.

Custom commissions or framing requests may extend this timeframe.

If you require urgent delivery, contact our Team -- while we cannot guarantee expedited fulfillment, we will always strive to assist.

Note: Choosing an express shipping method does not accelerate production or framing time.

2. Shipping Details

All orders ship via trusted delivery partners such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL, and are fully insured until received.

A signature upon delivery is required -- this ensures your artwork arrives safely.

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any associated re-shipping costs.

Due to the premium value of our products: If an item is lost in transit, customers will receive store credit equal to the original purchase amount. This will only be issued once the shipping provider completes their investigation.

3. Currency & Pricing

All displayed prices are shown in U.S. Dollars by default.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing or shipping fees without prior notice.

Purchases may be declined or refunded if pricing errors occur at checkout.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Shipping fees and applied import taxes are non-refundable.

To maintain premium quality standards, items damaged through customer handling are not eligible for return.
