At Artworks, each piece is crafted or curated as a statement of beauty -- where quality materials, expert craftsmanship, and artistic vision unite in a single masterpiece. Because every product is made or selected with meticulous care and quality verification, all purchases are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We encourage you to review our artwork descriptions, size details, material information, and product images carefully before placing your order. For personalized assistance, our Client Care Team is always available to guide you.

1. Charitable Returns

As part of our commitment to conscious art collecting, Artworks offers a Charitable Return Option.

If you choose not to keep your artwork, you may return the item for a charitable contribution made in your name to a cause you care about.

This service reflects our belief that every purchase can carry dignity, value, and positive impact -- even beyond ownership.

Please note: Return shipping is not included, and this option applies only to purchases made directly through our website.

2. Order Cancellations

Our orders are packed and dispatched quickly to maintain product integrity.

  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once fulfilled, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Gift cards and digital products are processed immediately and are non-refundable.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or notice that something is missing, kindly contact our Client Care Team immediately.

All shipments are packed under recorded quality surveillance to ensure accuracy. While we strive for perfection, Artworks cannot be held responsible for missing items not documented during packaging.

4. Manufacturing Defect

In the rare event that your artwork arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a replacement.

To accelerate your claim:

  • Provide a clear video and photos showing the defect
  • Include a detailed description
  • Ensure all original packaging and tags are intact

Packaging returned without a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN) will not be accepted. If a defect is confirmed, your item will be replaced. Custom pieces and limited-edition works may require additional time for processing.

5. Quality Assurance

At Artworks, each product passes through rigorous inspection. If a claim is filed, we review all details thoughtfully to ensure a fair resolution.

6. Reframing & Repairs

If your artwork requires reframing, glass replacement, or touch-up restoration, please contact the Client Care Team with:

  • Images
  • A video
  • A detailed description of the issue

Repair services may incur an additional fee, including return shipping. All repair requests are evaluated individually based on craftsmanship requirements. Currently, we only accept repair shipments from within your country of purchase, and we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
